hes talking about the bottom bar, you would have to decompile the swf and edit it, it should be a bin file named "bottom_bar_left"

Load your client, then inspect console from web browser settings and see the errors that pop up

its in your external variables

external flash variables in your swfs folder

Check badge definitions, your database sql may not have imported all the tables. Make sure everything is there.
